Some Splendour festival photos

Yeah Yeah Yeahs

I’m back from Byron after a lovely week in the sun and rain. Splendour was as great as expected, so many good acts and good people to spend time with. Despite the mud, which claimed my only pair of shoes, the weather was actually quite good over the weekend, with hardly any rain.

You Am I

I took a whole lot of photos at the festival, i was so burned out from it i didn’t touch my camera at any other time, which is rather unlike me.

TV on the Radio

There’s some Splendour photos online now at Flickr. I’ll post a whole lot more here once i finish sorting through them.

  1. Good work Dan, or should we call you Steve Buschemi these days?
Good work! Those shots of Karen O are stupendous, I love her.

as bad as they may be, would you be able to send through any of the ones you took with me in them! big thanks

  3. I went to an Eskimo Joe gig back in May and although I had an excellent opportunity to take gig shots (something I hadn’t done in ages) I was just too exhausted from carrying all my camera gear around normally, that I couldn’t be bothered to bring the camera to the gig.
I regret that a little. So I know what it means to be too burned out to take anymore photos.
