I’ve added tags to the blog. There’s a smallish tag cloud in the sidebar plus a page of all the tags.
I’m rather late to the web 2.0 party but i figure tags are a better way of browsing the archives than by month.
Also i’ve now added email subscriptions. So if you’re not a geek like me addicted to RSS then you can subscribe to new posts by email. That means you’ll get an email with the full contents of any new posts i make to the blog. So no need to keep checking the website to see i still haven’t updated. I won’t spam you or onsell your details. You can unsubscribe anytime.
If you’re au fait with such things you can always subscribe to the RSS feed.
Also – i’m thinking of overhauling the blog template and design. If you’ve any requests for new things to be added – or redundant things i could lose, then do let me know.
</geeky talk>
More nudie pics! I saw you snapping away. 😛
dan, you shoot with the 50mm f/1.4 right? what do you think about the new 50mm f/1.2L? also, have you experienced any banding problems in your pictures at ISOs 1600 and up on you 5D? i’m thinking of getting one but i’ve read somewhere there may be issues at those ISOs.
Thanks!
I bet the 50mm 1.2 is a lovely lens – but it’s very expensive and would be a nightmare to focus with a moving subject in low light. I’m happy to stick with my 1.4.
I’ve not seen any evidence of ‘banding’ problems on my 5D. In fact i had to google the term to even know what it was.
dan, do you know of any sites on the web that show some nice photo slide shows using flash?…of your comrades or of other shutterbugs?
congrats on getting more international exposure!
Well you can view any set of photos on Flickr as a slideshow. For example here’s some from Cybele, Luke and Matt.
