With news of Peter Costello’s retirement from politics i was reminded of these snaps i took of him that i never published on Boudist.

They were hastily taken in the foyer of the ABC where he was interviewed for Time Out Sydney around the release of his memoirs.

Peter was in a good mood, i think it was refreshing for him to be talking about his memoirs and life, not politics and questions of party leadership.

I snapped some frames of him just standing there with his notorious grimace/smirk. They were lacking energy so i asked him to be more gestural and mimed some actions. He was happily obliging.
