Come Together – Day 1 photos

Hell City Glamours

I’ve only just gotten around to uploading my Come Together Festival photos from June 10. These are from Day 1, which was more of the punk, hardcore and emo bands. And Evermore.

The acts included Strung Out, I Killed The Prom Queen, Butterfly Effect, Hell City Glamours, Zombie Ghost Train and heaps more. I wasn’t really that familiar with most of them.

I still haven’t posted photos from day 2 which was more of your regular indie pop bands.

The Hard Ons

The girls you see in some of the shots are Rebel Belles, a burlesque type collective of saucy ladies.

Come Together

A few of these shots already ran in Drum Media to accompany their review – and were credited to Daniel Boyd 🙂 They also credited Cybele’s shots to Cybil. You gotta laugh at how often the credit is wrong, but at least it was there.

  1. Love the second B&W pic Dan. It’s got an AC/DC vibe, especially the product placement(?) aahha of the VB can!

  2. WTF! Evermore played the Saturday! Did they get bottled off the stage? Great shots Dan, then one of Joey from Unpaid Dept if my favourite (6 up), as he’s my mate and they kick ass! One of Australia’s finest punk acts in my book.

  3. Well Evermore were actually on a seperate stage, a Coca Cola sponsored thing. So they didn’t have to fear for the punk fans.
Yeah Unpaid Debt were great, i enjoyed their Sunday Bloody Sunday cover.
