Here’s some photos of New York bands Diamond Nights and The Cloud Room at Rebel Rebel on the 26th May. Both bands put on great sets, Diamond Nights with their crowd interaction and The Cloud Room with catchy tunes like Hey Now Now (mp3).

Morgan from Diamond Nights really knows how to work a crowd, leaping into the audience during the first song and several more after that, encouraging sing alongs and a mass sit down of the audience.

After the show we took the poor buggers from the bands The Judgement bar. Tragic i know but there’s nowt much else open in the early hours.

I met the bands again later in the week when i took some photos while they were competing against each other in a bowling match hosted by Hot Press. I got some more fun shots but can’t post them till they go to print.
