You’re used to seeing photos of celebrities looking glam on red carpets and media events, but you don’t often get to see the bedlam of photographers that surround them.
I don’t often shoot those sort of events, but when i do, and when there’s opportune time, i like to throw the wide angle lens on to capture more of the scene.
A couple of my photos from an MTV Awards media call last week prompted me to pull together some of my other similar shots into a Flickr set.
That really would take a while to get used to!!
No way would I want to deal with the photogs like a majority of A-Listers do, you can’t do a damn thing without it being in the tabloids the next day with a story of you cheating with your partner/having a breakdown etc
It’s special how moments after you’ve been jostling with and rubbing up against a bunch of photographers you then hang around and have a bit of a laugh and chat!
As an aside, I feel honoured to have appeared in one of your shots!
