Rolling Stone Awards portraits 2011

Dave from Dappled Cities, Hayley from The Jezabels and Johnny from Children Collide

I have a few more photos in the current issue of Rolling Stone in a spread they did on coverage of the Rolling Stone Awards party. People were there for the awards and to get sozzled on the free tequila but i pulled people and award winners away for some portraits.

I had a little nook at the party where i set up some lights and a couple of backdrops, a red paper roll, some vintage wallpaper and a white wall.

The spreads in the magazine are a mix of the portraits i took and party shots another photographer did.

Here’s some more pictures that didn’t make the cut.
