I ended up on the cover of the Herald today. I’m obscured by my camera but you can still tell it’s me with the black leather jacket and yellow paisley shirt.
It’s a shot of me photographing Bono on Saturday night to illustrate this story. Weird.

Interesting laws as well… I’m all for them if it bans people’s mobiles in my face when I’m trying to watch a gig… ha.

Hey that’s absolutely awesome. Would it be better if your photo was on the cover of the press? And the legist is quite a worry. It’s very obscure. While technologies is changing and culture is shifting repidly, It’d be interesting to see how copyrights issues will elevated to which point. To me, I don’t think this law will get rid of piracies, but instead, threat punters who don’t have clue. As far as I’m concerned, in Australia, we don’t have a law similar to US’s Fair Use, do we? Corrct me if I’m wrong.
